In court, where people are trying to determine the truth, 2 eyewitnesses claiming to have seen Mr. X commit a crime, but none of the stories collaborate each other on anything other than them seeing Mr. X doing the crime, can only be proof that 1 or possibly both eyewitnesses are lying.
Most likely the 2 eyewitnesses are trying to set up Mr. X.
This simply also applies to Genesis 1 and Genesis 2.
Either Genisis 1 is true or Genesis 2 is true, but both being the truth is impossible.

What do you think is contradictions in these chapters?
In Genesis 1 God created man and woman together, like all the other animals.
Genesis 2 got the order of created beings all wrong and Eve had to be created out of Adam.
I believe that Genesis 2 is simply untrue. I mean God not being aware that Adam would be lonely without a mate?
That fact alone contradicts God being omniscient.

If my own parents already lied to me as a child, why should I expect different as an adult from other people?

If your basing your faith in God on how faithful people in your life have been, I understand your positions.
No I claim others of wanting to be like children because they believe that children do not question.
As a child I questioned many things and learned to never believe anything on (blind) faith alone.
I still am like that child that questions.
