You know, 'though shalt not kill' is in the Bible. "Though shall not be plowed by a black man" isn't. I mean, it was presumably before marriage, so she should have stoned them, but not because they were black.

On a serious note, it is quite scary that views like this actually exist. The silver lining, the comments all seem to be along the lines of "holy ****, you are awful and do not represent my Christianity" so there is that. But all the same, I can't imagine she got these views somewhere other than a pew, which means there's a crazed preacher getting others to think like this too.
Unfortunately, there are always going to be the Jim jones, hale-bopp people around.
Or she could have been schizophrenic and hearing voices.
Any way one slices it, sick. Anyone who defends it, sick. Anyone who links it to any religion, faith, or philosophy, sick.
I can't believe what I read. I can't believe that anyone, of any faith, would suggest is was OK to kill one's daughters because they were dating outside of their race. What year is it? Unbelievable that anyone would endorse that tradgedy, and operated under the tagline, "Spreading Positivity through Jesus Christ".
Some wonder why many people who use reason look suspiciously at fundamentalists. THIS is the reason, because of this whack-a-do craziness.
Please don't tell me there is anyone, ANYONE, on this forum who has similar views.

But she murdered her children to make her husband suffer at their loss. I don't think it really was about her daughters dating colored boys. She was one sick puppy. She was a freaking murderer. She did not die for Christ as the writer stated. That too is sick beyond belief.
The daughter, as I understand it, was actually dating a hispanic guy.
The blog post may be satire. The blog is only a few days old and it is fact-free, even for a fundamentalist. So I am withholding judgment until that is cleared up.

There are better gods out there Jeff, why don't you look them up and invite them into your heart and expel that monster of yours? You can be saved, Jeff. Why don't you seek Jesus? He preached love and forgiveness. On the other hand he hated judgementalists and hypocrites.

No, it's not. Butchering 2 verses in the entire Testament is not a strong case for being heavily condemned.
