I am a christian, but don't support teaching intellegent design in school. I also believe in micro-evolution. Besides that, I don't know how one would teach ID.

"Someone made you."

I don't want to pay teachers for that. It is important to know the ins and outs of evolution even if you disavow it. Always makes for better debate if you know what your talking about.

That's because they have reasons for it.
If you're saying that those reasons are not reasonable - then I agree with you...

Those aren't reasons. Those are desires.

I don't have an issue with your question. Your selection of possible responses is lacking, though. To be an accurate reflection of opinion, you would have needed an option something along the lines of:

"My religious affiliation aside, ID should not be forced into science classrooms because it simply is not science"

Are you kidding me? Science has a philosophy to it? You mean it starts off with presuppositions of it's own? This is totally ridiculous, science is entirely unbiased like me...it's that openness to unseen causes that is only biased.

Ole Grino.. .. worry not. Any participation in this poll will not be held against you. I think you could choose option 4. It may not be perfect but its generally where you are headed..
