Thanks. I knew of the original legal battle. The church retained some high-priced lawyers, and the lawyers I knew who were on the job were drained from the negotiations. I don't know if you ever saw the original church that was crushed by T2, but it was a plain, four-story building originally built in 1916 as a tavern. They got themselves a magnificent, ornate structure and on the south end of the WTC site besides (original church was on Cedar Street, a small block southwest of the WTC. That portion of Cedar no longer exists).
