MIRACLE - An event that appears inexplicable by the laws of nature and so is held to be supernatural in origin or an act of God.
Presuming that the sovereign is not meddling, perhaps miracles are caused by humans interfering in space-time without instrumentality.
Thus those who do not 'believe' in such things will never experience such things.
Likewise, those who do 'believe' can manifest winning catches in the SuperBowl, etc, etc.

In the realm of pure thought, a being that manifests whatever it thinks cannot but be disciplined in thought and incapable of thinking evil, lest it manifest it.
Many parallels with the eastern view of meditation and the need for controlling one's thoughts.

Which also means that mortal humans have a wonderful freedom of thought and imagination. We can 'test' all manner of thoughts without having to deal with their immediate manifestation. Perhaps we're also the investigators of this universe, discovering knowledge that is added to the overmind that only can know "now."

● If the sovereign of life supports more abundant life, then those who seek to destroy life are in opposition.
● If the sovereign of the law of love opposes evil, then predators who follow the law of the jungle are in opposition.
● If the sovereign of the prosperous seeks prodigious production of surplus, then those who use money madness to stifle production, create poverty and suffering are in opposition.

Here's my take:
* If the sovereign of life gave two facts about us there wouldn't be any "those who seek to destroy life"
* If the sovereign of life gave two facts about us then the law of love would demolish evil
* If the sovereign of life gave two facts about us then we wouldn't be worrying about prodigious production of surplus, money, poverty and suffering.
Do you catch my drift: the sovereign of life (God) doesn't care in the least about us. If He did we'd see Him in action straightening out all the horror around us. But He doesn't care if we make the world a paradise or blow it to smithereens. We're on our own down here.
Jesus saying, "Love your fellow man" doesn't prove he's the son of God come to save us from ourselves anymore than me telling you "Look both ways at a crosswalk before crossing" proves I'm the son of God.

(*Money madness includes usury / interest, and gambling / underwriting)
Is a prerequisite of supporting life, opposing evil, and seeking prodigious production of surplus...that one MUST believe in a sovereign?
I wasn't aware of that...I'm in opposition to that.

The three questions are based on assuming there is a sovereign.
If you do not believe in a sovereign, you cannot answer the questions as posed.
The sovereign here sounds like the living sovereign God , and the opposition sounds like those in the world who oppose God
How can one oppose a thing that doesn't exist, except as the subject of a Fairy Tale. There is far more evidence to support the existence of Santa Claus. There is a north pole, there are reindeer, and sleighs, there are big fat men with white beards. Sure, it's all indirect and/or circumstantial, but that is a whole lot more than the absolute lack of evidence of a god.
