I think Christ IS the name for those 2 things and much more.
Now, some could say Holy Spirit...some the Higher Self or the Super Consciousness....or
Our True Self...some the "I AM" or just God? Sure.
But that Christ Consciousness....the Consciousness; the level that Jesus' awareness was at...is
called simply 'Christ' often, yes.

Seems to me that it's not really "new". It's been going since 1992. Reading their "about" page, I'm not impressed. Just someone else that says they have a special message from God. To be honest, not unlike many people on this page that claim they been talking to Jesus, and he seems to tell each on a different story.

Not sure I would call it god, but the time I spend in the field(hunting or fishing) is special and rejuvenating. For me it is when my bobber plunges or a deer appears out of nowhere.

I know this is off-topic, but maybe not. I see a lot in nature and the universe as "messages from God", though probably not in the way the OP meant it. I get notifications from a site called Space.com that tells you what's visible daily or weekly.
The one with two bright stars on either side?...That was awesome...I saw it when I got to work in the morning around 0545, as I was walking through the parking lot, I saw someone taking a picture of it with their Smart Phone...

Well done. that was exactly my thought. Christianity has often had periods of bandwagon jumping and this struck me as jumping on the 'save the planet' wagon and make it something to do with Jesus. I can see Miss Hepburn's line on seeing it as the human spirit and call it 'Jesus'. I wouldn't myself, but let others call it what they like.

I can say Krishna Consciousness, also....or that Transcendent altered consciousness...It's all
the same to me.
