I don't get it. Is there some website or book somewhere with a list of all 5 million negative things you can attack the catholic Church about?
Who's attacking the Catholic Church? The point of the post is to inform and educate individuals regarding religion... Afterall, this is a Religious forum...isn't it?
It is interesting that voodoo is labled as satanic, demon possession., etc., but, if people would educate themselves and read, they would discover such demonic practices are not a part of voodoo worship. Followers of voodoo worship a spirit God just as Christians and Catholics and all three of these religions are related; yet voodoo is perceived and labeled as a "bad" religion and Christianity and Catholicism are perceived as "good" religions.

Priests, religious ceremonies, "healing", rituals, beggin' Jesus's spirit to come cast out demon spirits/exorcisms... blah blah blah...

Voodoo religion and beliefs are just as valid as those of Christianity and Catholicism. In fact, any religion or religious belief is just as valid as the other, and Christianity is no exception. It's shameful when one religion or group makes claims that their particular religion is better than or more valid than others. Christianity included.

Spirits worshiped in Voodoo ritual ceremonies are Catholic (Christian) Saints. Therefore, Voodoo and Christianity are related.
