"Misquoting Jesus: Scribes Who Altered Scripture and Readers Who May Never Know," a textual criticism of Biblical manuscript tampering
by Bart Ehrman, Professor or Religious Studies of the University of
North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
I suggest everyone to watch and I would love to hear your comments on this.
frankly there is little doubt in my mind that much of christianity is based on incorrect intention of the translations based on the fact that most of today's teaching come from a greek mindset. The Messiah AND all of the Talmadim were Hebrews, who came up in Judaism, and whose mindset would most certainly have come from a Hebraic understanding. All of what Yahushua taught came from a Hebrew mindset (speaking in parables etc.) as were all of those who came before HIM. I can assure you that the Messiah did NOT think like a greek, and most certainly nor did the Talmadim. This is perhaps the PRIMARY division between my Netzarim Hebrew beliefs and those of christians I communicate with.
There is simply NO way the greek language will transfer the intent of the words of YHVH (God) nor the Messiah correctly. Just as many christians think everything was done away with on the so called "cross" (a pagan symbol of death by the way) it most certainly was NOT and it was stated ad nauseum by both YHVH (God) the Messiah AND all of HIS Talmadim. So I would recommend folks get rid of that "stinkin thinkin" and search out the Hebrew intent instead of the highly polluted greek which indeed was messed with highly from the start.
After watching the video, Could you still say the bible is the word of god?
Yes, there have been some textual errors introduced into the scriptures--we know that. But the manuscript evidence that we have shows that we have about 99.5% accurate. I just don't buy the arguments. Sorry.

There are ten parts to the video. I watched the first five, so far. There are more than some textual errors. There are hundreds of thousands...I don't know what you are basing your 99.5% accuracy figure on. What manuscript evidence?

Here's a good source if you actually care to look at the evidence.
