Speaking of the music: on my local NPR station here in Boise, there is a program every Sunday night called "Pipe Dreams" where they play great, ancient pipe organ pieces recorded on some of the oldest and biggest pipe organs--most of them of course in churches--from around the world. I love to dim my lights and light some candles and crank this music up, especially on a cold winter night, with maybe a nice warm beverage.

Yup, the xmas pageant we used to attend was amazing, I must admit... the three oriental kings [in full costume] walking slowly down the isle in the darkened nave, carrying the burning frankincense in front of them, spotlights catching the smoke plumes spiraling upward behind them, all with the lovely 'Air on the G String' lilting from those humongous old organ pipes.
Spectacular... and the entire production probably cost the church all of about $20.00.
