Except that not believing in any particular gods or fairytales (i.e. atheism) doesn't require faith.

Must we always go over this again and again?

The definition of atheism literally means "Without Theism." Atheism, is in fact, not a belief system but a lack of a belief system. It is true that there are SOME people whom believe there is no way there is a God - these, however, are referred to as "strong atheists," or more colloquially, as simply "atheists, " HOWEVER simply being atheistic does not mean that you, also, hold this belief.
