Cant you just get some type of glue from the hardware store and glue the ones that are coming up?

I think it's the tiles... not you... we have the same problem. In the summer, the tiles started comming loose, sticking to our feet if we walked across the floor barefoot. They're just the cheapo thin low quality peel & stick vinyl tiles. Ours are also cracking where they come loose. Our LL said we can replace them if we want, but at our cost. Which is fine by me, because I'd rather pick the tiles myself. We're using a higher quality vinyl stick-tile in the bathroom with additional glue & ceramic tiles in the kitchen. Good luck! I know how dang annoying those loose & cracking tiles can be.
