I’m in the same scenario- this post was many years ago but she’s not crazy at all.
There’s something called thermo Infrared cameras- yes they see thru into the walls- that’s what their made for.
Picture a fireman entering a bldg on fire.
How do you think they always find someone? Shear luck in the upstairs bathroom? Or under the bed on the first floor. Sheer luck?
They go equipped with these thermo cameras which human temperatures are at a different color infrared then the fire itself.
Their costly, but they work.
So anyone from anyone who insists “ your crazy” “ you need medicine”
“ your being paranoid” “Get some Bazooka gum”? Wha??

So someone in your apartment building has this expensive and specialized equipment, and are using it to follow you around? You know how that sounds, right?
No one will understand unless their going through it themselves.
It’s a terrible invasion of privacy- I’m convinced there’s something going on more than the vibrations of my footsteps, I’m willing to pay a private investigator to come up with something to prove that I’m right. That’s how sure I am about this. Whatever it takes at this point.

What would really be great is if you got one of those thermal cameras yourself and watched them. You could see then if they followed you.

Reminds me of a similar post I saw years ago. Someone swore up and down that their neighbor would flush the toilet extra loud just to annoy them.
