So why do you ask for help when the best advice one gives, you ignore it and keep doing the same stupid dumb things you have been doing that got you nowhere? Sounds like you don;t really want to solve the problem, all you want is to have something to complain about.

Perhaps because giving advice does not mean it must be accepted. While your advice may be good and/or the correct thing to do, I am quite sure there is no rule that it must be followed.
Not making any excuses and I realize this is not what you are experiencing...
Thursdays are yard care days at the rentals... lawns are mowed, leaves raked, curbs swept, stoops washed, etc...
A few years ago... the Bay Area got a lot of rain... way above average and for three weeks and none of the above was able to be done due to the weather.
Unlike a homeowner living in a property that has the most flexibility regarding when to complete a task... a service provider has a schedule with set days and times and sometimes conditions make it so the task cannot be done...
The grass will still be cut.... just not in increments...
