Small Problem on this subject! ALL my neighbors [now] are friendly. When some one is sitting outside their apt door within mins 2-3 persons join them! People that don't live near them BTW there a LOTS of Common areas Grass.

Me I don't want the press of humans when I sitting out side. I like to Read & let my dogs play! Yet I end up with Everyone thinking of an excuse to come over it rotates ever 15 mins so just as I think I have some play time or reading time here comes the next group!! NO they are Not coming to see Me hehehe They coming to play with & talk to the dogs! This summer been the worse! Any ideas how I can get some Peace??

I don't have the same expectations of privacy in an apartment as I do in a house. It's an adjustment I've had to make living here. I'm sure our neighbors have heard more of us than they'd like to

I might say something to a tenant who was sitting in the parking lot. Not because I think it is weird but because that strikes me as being dangerous. Automobile drivers don't have as good a field of vision as pedestrians and cyclist appear to be certain that they do. I think there is a real possibility that a driver would not see a person seated in a chair in a parking slot. Not to mention that not everyone is a good driver; not by a long shot.
