Was supposed to receive my third and final payment on Thursday and it never came. So now I have to go file with the County on Monday, ugh

My slumlord saga is officially over! 6 months after it began, but it was worth it. I sent them a CRR telling them to pay by a certain date or I'd be going to the County. I happened to get the final payment that same day. Hope to never have to deal with them again!
