When I asked my husban what that noise was (since it woke me up) he stated he did not know. We let it go assuming it was coming from the loud high school that was directly across the street from our home.
"The rest of what he did"?

Upon exiting my door I see my landlord and his girlfriend walking around the windows to the side of our house and the landlord GOING IN MY BACKYARD! I was beyond heated! My main concern: MY TODDLER WAS PLAYING OUT THERE THIS WHOLE TIME and we had no clue 1. That you were coming in and out of our gate? What if you "accidentally" left it open or didn't close it correctly and he got out? He is famous for running down the street! 2. You may have had unsupervised contact with my toddler who can not speak a word yet that we knew nothing about, and bottom line WE DO Not KNOW You LIKE THAT TO FEEL comfortbale enough to be around our son without us knowing!
Your main concern was your child?

Weirdo SMH SMH and let me add: the while backyard was dirt, not grass, not trees! in my opinion he had nothing back there to be doing "yard work" on, all the grass, trees, and weeds were in the front of the home.
you though a man was weird around your toddler and yet you moved into this weird man's property? Was your main concern the rental (must have been cheap price if it was cheaply maintained as you suggest?) or was your main concern no longer your child and nothing else?

He was correct and it was our mistake i did not catch that one thing and remember it in the lease! I was extremely sick and pregnant during these times he pulled this crap. Do you not own a cell phone to call us on and give notice that we need to take care of it being that we had MORE than 30 days to move out??? Do you not have a working hand to push one little button on our door to notify us that you will be by our windows making loud noise and entering our backyard? Simple things that could have been avoided! I would have said "sure! I never meant to not keep up with the yard I can hire a Gardner ASAP to take care of it, that part of the lease just slipped my mind" and I Also would have kept my son in the house for the time being that he was out there...very irritating! He just seemed pissed about our notice, suddenly came over without is knowing and being rude which is a side of him we had never seen. He even had my husband work with him a few times prior to all this and seemed to be a decent guy but possibly not a big fan of kids. I feel he suddenly started acting this way because he was mad I didn't want to purchase his house and that I have him a 60 day notice of leaving.
You left your child you are concerned about and kept walking to teh mailbox even though you were 'beyond heated'?

Something is not adding up here. It appears you are using a 'concern' for your child as a way of attacking the landlord.

the OP mentioned a 1 year old child who "is famous for running down the street"

I ignore and just read all these responses of misinformed people getting sooooooo heated over a post of someone they've never seen or been around, and were not there during the situation because I find it beyond hilarious how much they get they're panties in a twist over something so tribal that has nothing to do with them and that is incorrect information. Lol but this is what people do many times on forums like these, I guess to try an make themselves feel better for whatever they fall short on in life *smurk* Then they continue to ridicule feeling they deserve an explanation of what they deem "wrong". Sooo here you all go! Yes I did reread my original post and it sure did read as though I left my child unattended...welp, your all wrong, I sure in hell didn't leave my son unattended outside while walking down the street. I was tired, it was very late, and I was frustrated while typing the original post, therefore having errors and misconceptions by not covering "every base" of the scenario to all the perfect parent judges on here smh. My husband was home the whole time, relaxing while I wasn't "watching " my son and "left him in the house and the backyard by himself even though I knew my landlord was entering the premises but continues to go down the street" lmfao again I can't do anything but laugh at these responses that took too much of my venting spree post out of context even the ones pointed out that I did indeed right but did add in every possible thing everyone else around me was doing! I repost and tell you all I laugh because it proves again how pathetic and ignorant majority of people are on forums. Hide behind there computers screens to point out and argue things that should never even matter I them. Seriously, what do any of you think you accomplish when you belittle others on the INTERNET? Lol luckily for me this all does not bother me. I know the truth, god knows the truth, and most of all I know my landlord can't or never could have done anything to me regarding me letting my son play outside because there was no NEGLECT going on I can't really reread what I said since again I am on my cell so have fun criticizing all this also if it makes y'all feel better haha oh and BTW I loved the comment of comparing my son to a dog lmfao have a great day all )

You bring your personal laundry to air out on a public forum, you should expect to be hit from all sides.

That big blob of text up there is an indication that you are a tad consumed by this.

Yes just as I've said many times, the assumptions and judgement does not bother me it amuses me again taking things out I context and again me laughing as I am pointing out how dumb many came across by jumping to conclusions. Sad sad world we live in! Just glad I am not one nor will ever be one to treat others this way, even if it is just over the Internet. I am a firm believer in keeping your mouth shut on stuff you were not involved in completely. Too many people think they know everything with their small closed minds just by something so simple, like misreading information, taking things out of context, assuming, or gossiping. Just because I am commenting back does not mean I am crying a river over ignorance, I am simply stating my opinion and pointing out the truth of this world: there are far more ignorant people living than people with common sense, compassion, and wisdom. Therefore leadin to many situation as this one or far worse...hateful world, hateful people! Ha!
