Complexes get bought and sold all the time and management companies get changed all the time. The only thing you need to concern yourself with is the name that goes on how rent check

The letter is all that you are legally entitled to and 4 days notice that they are coming to change the locks is more than enough notice. The norm is 12 to 24 hours for landlord access.
