How do I do a credit check? (tenant, eviction, application)

If you've done a recent credit check on a prospective tenant, how do you do it?


I'm looking for a roommate, which means I need to do this every two or three years, so it doesn't make sense for me to sign up for a subscription, just a one-off deal.

You put in the info, the tenant gets an email to verify you can run their credit (all credit checks will require this), then you get the report.
