i am interested in renting a home--the owner is hesitant to give a security agreement---i'm getting anxious bout this--what do you all think???

IF you want him to insure that you will not have a breakin then the only thing you can do is buy security alarms....NOT up to the landlord. Why would you move to a area where you are unsure about you safety?
