Does any body know if this is possible in PA and how do I go about it? I got a judgement against a tenant last week for $4275 for back rent.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PA garnishment law is a little different from the majority but in your case you CAN garnish the tenant's wages for back rent on a residential lease. If for any reason that doesn't work you can garnish his bank account. Here's a link which may be helpful to you:

If you have no experience how to do that, just like I haven't ...you can hire a collecting agency to do it for you.

I have hired one and only have to pay the court cost $ 188 to get it garnished when they come to that.

If you have in your lease contracts that collecting fees will be for the tenants expense you can add it on top of your judgment
