Ugh, called GM dealer they said there is no recall but I have seen a lot of articles on this problem.
Going through an intersection my A/C shuts off then the whole car is just dead in the middle of road. I put it into park and after several panicked tries the car starts so glad my ignition wasn't doing it's thing (locks in the ACC position) at the same time. I'm afraid to drive it. But it's the only car i've got. GM said bring it in but no loaner since there is no recall but they will drop me at home since I live withing 10 miles. Made a formal complaint with NHTSA. Going to have to take it in and hope they figure it out without it costing me a fortune. I know they will fix the ignition for free there is a "special adjustment coverage" for it they just won't recall it because it doesn't happen while driving. But the car dying thing I can't find anything on it for recall. Anyone have the same problem or know what it might be?
