Yes, that is quite the bargain on tickets! I am going to have to learn more about Peru - I think my vision of the country is straight out of 1970 . . . sounds like things are very modern there and I am picturing machetes, dirt roads and huts w/ no running water. Yes, Born and raised! Left the USA 10 years ago for greener pastures. I live in a area similar to La Jolla in California, but I am sure you can still find machetes, dirt roads and huts w/ no running water if you travel a bit outside of town. Me, I live in a 1700 sq ft Penthouse apartment 16 floors above a 300 ft cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
