Surely you jest. Where??? I am a decent, (regular church attendee), successful, (same employer for 31 years and an income large enough to give me everything I need and a lot of what I want), healthy male, (tennis, cycling, cross-country skiing, kayaking), over 60, (by a few years). Where are these single women seeking attention?

I think that we forget that we don't have to look like we did 20-30 years ago to appeal to people our own age. Someone expressed surprise when I commented that I thought the man in the walk-in tub video was attractive.

A clean, kind, well spoken man with a sense of humor is more attractive to me than a dandy with a prescription for romance, BUT there were types and other types when I was young, too. I wouldn't have wanted the dandy then either. You may not be noticing the single women others are pursuing in their golf carts because they are not your type.

Have you tried one of the dating websites ? Usually the response is very strong.

Me a writer? LOL. Heavens no, but after spending time and posting on internet forums for a few years, one's writing skills do tend to sharpen up a bit.

An older guy once asked where to find beautiful young women who are looking for old men.

The answer given was............" In the public library. On the shelf under fiction "

Default Hilarious!

LOVE LOVE this post...Tina Turner? Sheesh! I get a lot of offers to go out from younger guys. I asked one of them if they liked The Average White Band and Men At Work. He said "who?". I need someone who can relate. I hear folks say younger men keep them young. I keep me young!
