I didn't add anything but was tempted by two catalogs that came in the mail. I want, but not sure I need, a walker with a seat so I can sit when I'm garage sailing, going to summer festivals, etc. One in the Walter Drake catalog was for $99.99. The ones in the speciality store here is $199. But, you don't always know what you're getting with just a picture. I made a mistake in ordering a cheaper end table.
What to do, what to do.

I have to add that since the operation in March 2014, I have not been able to do these things. I really miss it, but can only walk so far these days.

Meo, truly sorry to hear that. It's hard to want to do something and for your health reasons you cannot. I hope one day you are back to your "old" self, or at least close to it.

Take care.

Thanks NYgal, but that is not going to happen. This is a permanent injury unless God performs one of his miracles. BUT, I feel like an idiot. I went to Amazon, put in rollator & there are so many. I'm waiting for the "Black Friday" sale Wednesday to see what happens. I'll look then & pick one out. I could wait until my physical in August & ask my Dr. To sign off on one but I'm not taking the chance that she won't, because I can use a cane. But I am tired of missing summer & as long as I can sit & take a break , that works for me. Can't wait for tbe county fair!

An unneeded grey wool hand-knit and felted and very beautiful and large...handbag. $80 at a craft fair. I always do something dumb like this when I'm with my spendthrift QVC sister.

Sorry cc didn't see your post before I went crazy at the Amazon sale. The rollator I bought was on sale for $68, quite a lot down from the $199 the medical supply store here. Then, with pricing so low, I stocked up on health things & kitchen things & bathroom things. Spent a bundle but happy with everything I ordered. Now just waiting for everything to come. The good thing is that I have the option to return things if they're not what I thought they should be. Sometimes the higher priced is the best in the end.

Same here. My sister is visiting this week and she loves to shop. Did I need another turquoise bracelet? Apparently.

Too late to edit. I just looked up my orders & my rollater is 4-wheeled & was $59.25. I was fairly certain it was but had to check. A pyrex set, tiered pan holder, tiered cover holder, vitamins, chia seeds & books.
Made out like a bandit. Yay for no spend months as the money was there.

My new Blu-ray player was delivered. My previous one was fried by lightning not too long ago, along with the preamplifier. That was a costly thunderstorm.
