I tried doing a lot of walking and gained weight. Problem was, I would walk to McDonalds and eat and then walk to Burger King and eat again. I guess walking is bad for my health
I do Not have rock hard abs. I did until about 10 years ago, but noone could tell. Why? Because I had so much stretched out skin [ like an apron.] I still have the stretched out "squishy" belly but when I dig down I no longer feel hard abs, just more "squishy"
