Anyone who has a vehicle which has a Serpentine Belt, or other, i suggest that you carry a spare belt in your vehicle. Over the years, twice i've had my belt break when i was traveling. I carry some tools. It's easy to replace the belt. There is a map guide of how your belt is installed, in your owners auto manual, or under your hood is a picture of belt installation, usually.

I had opened the Jetta's glovebox to find the owner's manual. The glovebox was stuffed completely full with bills from Allstate. Do other people keep 20 years of car insurance bills IN their car?
