I'm 66 and have always been absent minded. Yet I'm becoming more forgetful in recent times--nothing too scary, but I find it necessary to concentrate and focus more on whatever I do, or it just slips away. Do you have a more increased sense of "senior moments" now? Are they minor or something that starts to bother you?
I don't think I have many if any. I still manage to work full time and run a business on the side. Couldn't do that if I was derping out all the time. Use it or lose it!

I am going back to my post about the Medicare Wellness Test here. I flunked the memory test, because things like that make me nervous. DH passed the test with flying colors. Day today living,my memory, on the little things is better then his. I wouldn`t stress about the little things.We all have senior moments.
