I'm 66 and have always been absent minded. Yet I'm becoming more forgetful in recent times--nothing too scary, but I find it necessary to concentrate and focus more on whatever I do, or it just slips away. Do you have a more increased sense of "senior moments" now? Are they minor or something that starts to bother you?

Oh. and no need to reply with "I don't remember."

It might just be a memory issue. For example, my short term memory isn't as good as it used to be.

Also, my short term memory isn't as good as it used to be.

I don't think I have many if any. I still manage to work full time and run a business on the side. Couldn't do that if I was derping out all the time. Use it or lose it!

I am going back to my post about the Medicare Wellness Test here. I flunked the memory test, because things like that make me nervous. DH passed the test with flying colors. Day today living,my memory, on the little things is better then his. I wouldn`t stress about the little things. We all have senior moments.

I would estimate 2-3 times a day.

Most often is probably walking into a room and having to think "why did I come in here?"

Next common is leaving the house without my phone, and having to go back in to get it.
