I’m 67yrs.old and looking for a place to retire. Would prefer an active retirement community. Anyone have any suggestions on places which are active, affordable and weather change. Don’t care for only warm weather climates. Thank you
Check out one of the websites that caters to the active adult retirement communities. Just search on "55 plus active adult communities". Or do a City-Data search for the same thing. There are many discussions on C-D about this.
Good luck with your searching - hope you find the perfect place.

You don't give enough information for anyone to suggest somewhere.
There are tons of posts with the same question that includes a lot of feedback. Every few months someone new comes and asks the same question.
I’m looking for a quaint small community with the changes of the 4 seasons,55+active seniors, affordable due to fixed income, friendly, small house,or condos all the things people look for when relocating.

Don't say "affordable". It is meaningless without context. Everything is affordable to someone. Most people are on a "fixed income". Give a budget/price range.
Look at Rossmoor in Monroe, NJ. Four seasons. Certainly quaint--New Englandy-style architecture. Lots of activities, things to do. Affordable for my sister and her husband.
Location: East of Seattle since 1992, 615' Elevation, Zone 8b - originally from SF Bay Area

My in-laws retired recently and moved from the SF Bay Area to Gig Harbor, WA. Once they decided to move to this state, they did research and found that some site called it the best city to retire in Washington, so they bought there. It's cheaper than the Seattle area, but still cost them $800k. It's not a "retirement community" as such, but a lot of retirees live there, and there are such communities within it. My old boss from 1975 is now 83, and lives there in a gated retirement community on a small lake where his 3/2 1,800sf home is valued today at just $320k.

There are two Monroe Townships, the one by me is also called Williamstown, NJ in Gloucester County. There are a lot of retirement communities here, one is brand new build going up of two ranchers side by side. I think they go for the $300's. There is also a mobile home park where they sell new builds, about $200k IIRC. Then there are other, older 55+ communities.
The area is very convenient to Philadelphia and shopping in general plus good local medical care.

Zip code to look at is 08094.
The one I linked to is in Middlesex County. Also in NJ, you have tons of 55+ places in the Berkeley Township/Manchester areas, not far from the shore.
