13 in 2019 over 11 in 2018. Gun assaults down, overall aggravated assaults up. Less than half of homicides were by firearm.

the margin of error is too small, 11 --> 13 is less significant than say 110 to 130.

Possibly. Time will tell with next year's numbers, but either way I think it's safe to say murders have bottomed out.
