Odd response to a completely different post, but yes, I know what a chop shop is. You said "Reservoir is a low income neighborhood loaded with chop shops".

You're the one embarrassing yourself. Quit making sweeping statements you can't possibly back up in an attempt to appear knowledgable. Can't even point to one chop shop in Reservoir. Some expert.

For the record, there’s really no place in Reservoir to hide a chop shop. Reservoir Ave is out. Narragansett Ave is more plausible, but is occupied with legit businesses & churches. The only other possibility would be in the industrial park, but I am reasonably sure those facilities are occupied exclusively by legit businesses. That is, unless Amazon, Providence Water, and RI PBS are fronts.
