All of those have median household incomes over $100k

I don't know about the other places on this list, but for Jamestown & probably Block Island, you'd get two drastically different seasonal resident median income statistics in the summer, as opposed to the winter.

It goes by US Census results, which counts people where they usually live so that wouldn't include summer only residents.

That would account for Jamestown & especially Block Island's status in this particular ranking.
