I am not going to walk there if that is what you mean. Why question what areas I visit in RI? I have already said I visit West Warwick and Woonsocket and that you have said that both are trashy and rundown.

Why can’t you leave the crime and my travels in RI out of this thread about Beer Gardens?

The state does it as a form of protectionism, which is one of the business regulation practices that should be cleaned up to attract more entrepreneurs.

Yeah can you folks please be more specific? I'm not sure what brewery "laws" or regulations you are referring to that's so different from other states.
