LOL, you don't know what you're talking about. It's owned by two friends; I know one of their aunts.

If you go back to what Holly posted, she was just posting news, not asking for recommendations

2 friends with corporate backing.

And who cares if Holly was or wasn't asking for recommendations.

You're claiming she's excited. She never said that. LRFOX did.

Btw, lobster rolls were $55 in coastal Maine 2 years ago, probably up to 60 bucks by now. 36 sounds like a bargain.
Wow, they punish tourists, huh?

I don't think I've ever paid over $30 here.

Where was this? Reds? Wouldn't be surprised there, as their lobster rolls are LOADED. Surprised if that's the norm though. I'd expect $28-$35 at your average place, not a huge difference from here.

What makes you say they had corporate backing?

It was apparently started by two friends, but it seems it's now a husband and wife team. Did "one of their aunts" not inform you?

That’s what I’m going for next time. The choice of fish changes daily because they go with what’s fresh and available. On Friday it was pollock, cape shark, or skate wing.
