Hi
I'm making a move to Ricmond from Northern VA much sooner than I'm prepared to do actually so I was thinking maybe I should stay in an extended stay or some sort of short term lease situation for 1 to 3+ months while I'm learning the area. My stuff is already in storage so it can be furnished or unfurnished - doesn't matter. Price does of course though (although convenience and walkability aren't definitely necessary since it will just be short term).

I have seen some (in town suites and value place) that were right in my ideal price range of $149 week - especially if I would still be paying my storage bill for my furniture. Sadly they don't allow dogs. I've also seen some in the 900 plus buck price range that would allow dogs, but that is a little steeper than I hoped to go while still paying my storage fees.

Any suggestions much appreciated! Thanks, Melly

The Village at Horsepen is an apartment complex rather than a corporate/short term type place but they do have some short term lease options and definitely allows dogs. It is going to be above your budget though.

No, I do not work for them.

The Homestead in Glen Allen is where we stayed and they have free breakfast.
