That's life, and it's all in how you look at things. I used to own property in that area, and even without a view, and did quite well with it. You may not have noticed, but there is a pretty good view of the downtown skyline from that little region. Yeah, I suppose it could work, and it would certainly be a far better option than just letting the building sit and deteriorate, or worse yet, be an "illegal alien facility".

I wonder if they pay taxes, given that GRH owns it? I would think now that it isn't being used as a healthcare facility, that taxes should be applied.

Have you driven by? Is the exterior at least being maintained?

I'm by there on a regular basis, and yes, the grounds look pretty well maintained.
