Hello all,

We checked out the area on the east side of Roseville, and they seemed nice. We looked around Johnson Ranch and Maidu Park and some streets parallel to Professional Drive. It feels very suburban which is okay with me since I have lived in S.F. all of my life and it's time for a change. The complex, Granite Bay Pointe, seems nice too but has too much of PUD feel for me.

Any thoughts on the areas?

Very nice around that area. I love the houses near Maidu. East Roseville has a high-scale reputation.

It's a great place if you love living in a PUD with nice, thick CC&Rs, especially if you vote Republican.

I like this area. I don't think these are PUDs. The ones closer to Granite Bay Pointe were for sure.
