I am looking for a highrise that is in Midtown are there any brokers or buildings you can suggest?

I looked on Californiamoves.com and put in Sac and Sac downtown an did not see any highrises mostly town houses.

There aren't any high-rises in Midtown, condo or otherwise. There are a couple of mid-rises (10-15 stories) in downtown Sacramento and sort of on the edge between Midtown and Downtown that may meet your needs, but I don't think many are 3 bedroom units: most recently built condos tend towards big open loft spaces rather than multiple bedrooms.

Here's a low-rise condo 3br at 18th and K:

Homes - MLS - sacbee.com

Mid-rise condo at 5th and N with 2 beds and 2 baths:

Homes - MLS - sacbee.com

Mid-rise condo at 15th and L, another 2/2:

Homes - MLS - sacbee.com

And here's a 1/1.5 loft condo, 1264 square feet:

Homes - MLS - sacbee.com

Last week I saw a "Coming Soon -- 3 Bedroom Condo" sign at Sutter Place, a low-rise development at 19th & K. This might be it:

MetroList PRO - The Official Search site of MetroList MLS 1830 K St, Sacramento, CA 95811 | MLS #12038681 | IDX Real Estate For Sale | MetroListPRO.com

I got ZILCH .. when i put in downtown sac. but when i put in SAC i got 52 pages. Thats not breaking it down for me.

thanks tho. I use californiamoves it has a breakdown for areas which is easier. but still not a condo style I want.

From nyc and looking for a NYC style apt also i notice there are no doormen concierge in any of these buildings. so I have to compromise.

Check out 4100 Folsom Blvd. It's not downtown. It's East Sac. It's 10 stories so not really a highrise. No doorman, but it does have old world elegance. It's really a beautiful property. It's defiantly worth checking out. And I know there are 3 bedroom units for sale.

cool thank you.

do they even have doormen in Sac?

Let me also add that I am orig from NYC living in Tahoe and part of me misses the Highrise doorman lifestyle. San Fran is over priced and not sure if I want to live in LA I looked at some townhouses and they are nice but I miss the NYC lifestyle but not the weather

The NYC lifestyle you mention doesn't really exist here in Sacramento, you'll have to compromise if you want to live here.

San Francisco is MUCH MORE like what you are used to in NYC.
