Hello. I’m an Environmental Sociology student and I have to conduct a survey on how people perceive the water quality of Lake Tahoe for one of my assignments. I need people to basically just answer these questions below. It would mean the world to me. Everything that is going in my paper is anonymous (meaning I won’t be using names or anything). It would mean so much if you have the time, and would only take a minute!

Survey Questions:

What is your age range? <20; 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, >61
What is your education level? <high school, high school, high school and some college, college degree, graduate degree
What is your gender? F or M
How many miles do you live from Lake Tahoe?
How often do you visit Lake Tahoe?
I am aware of the Lake Tahoe water quality monitoring using Secchi disks. Agree/Disagree
I agree Lake Tahoe has been the clearest it’s been in 10 years. Agree/Disagree
Urban stormwater runoff has the ability to decrease water clarity in the lake. Agree/Disagree
I recycle. Agree/Disagree
Do you agree or disagree wildlife is more abundant in the area now than it was 10 years ago. Agree/Disagree
Do you agree or disagree there are more fish in the lake than 10 years ago. Agree/Disagree
Do you agree or disagree there are more different type of species of fish in the lake now than 10 years ago. Agree/Disagree
I have been visiting Lake Tahoe for most of my life, ever since a child. Agree/Disagree
I would support legislation reducing water runoff. Agree/Disagree
Average annual clarity of Lake Tahoe is moving in a positive direction. Agree/Disagree

I suggest you put together an online survey using something like kwiksurveys (SurveyMonkey only allows 10 questions). That will make your life a lot easier and encourage more people to respond.
