I'm considering making an offer on a home I found in the Vintage Park area, but I'm unfamiliar with the neighborhood. Any info would be appreciated, such as how's the crime rate, are the people generally friendly, etc.

I would be moving from the Pocket area, hate to leave there as I love it, but it's time to make the jump into home ownership...

Default Vintage Park

Where is Vintage Park located? Is this a housing development? I don't think I've heard of an area or city by this name.

East of highway 99, between Calvine and Gerber. There's actually a street named Vintage Park Dr, my realtor told me that the area is known as Vintage Park, but, of course, I may have been misinformed.

The house I'm looking at is on the east side of Elk Grove Florin Road.

I have lived in Vintage Park/Churchhill Downs my whole life and it's changed a lot since 15 years ago, it's a very nice neighborhood and there's a lot of nice people here. It's very convenient with food and gas, etc

Surely this is a joke post! Right

You recommend several schools that after you have gone through
them cannot spell or even use a spell-checker even though your 16!

Good joke!

I'm all for TLAs but:

"couse, thare, rite , recramend, marry, desicion etc"

are all just spelling mistakes. I'm pretty sure someone is having a joke on
us ...
