My mistake it was in Yolo county. I can't wait to see what's done about this, but more than likely nothing will be done.

That segment was designed to manufacture outrage, not to report on it. None of the people being interviewed seemed remotely outraged. A firefighter misbehaved on duty and spent maybe a couple bucks of gas to drive the truck up and down the street—OUCH, MY TAXPAYER DOLLARS. Give me a break. Slow news day indeed.

I'm sure you'd have the same outlook if your house caught on fire, when Mr. fire chief was out talkin shi+ to the homies, and having sex with his gf while the town's firetruck was outside the house. Forgot to consider that now didn't u?

Emergency workers are perfectly capable of interrupting any number of things to go deal with an emergency. You're just looking for a reason to be angry.

I think it was stupid for the guy to do it, but I agree with you that it isn't the big deal that the media is playing it up to be.

I can see suspending anyone involved for a few days without pay, but that should be the extent of it.
