Here is the website: Sacramento Regional Transit District Home Page

I honestly have no idea of how long it would take to get to sacramento, maybe 40-50 minutes? It may say somewhere on the website.

Default Light Rail

There are two light rail (LR) stations in Folsom, one in Old Town and one on Iron Point by the outlets. The train runs on the half hour. It takes about 45 minutes to get from Folsom to the end of the line depending on the number of people getting on and off, it could take a little longer. There are a lot of stops which can get a little irritating if you are riding straight through. The end of the line is in downtown at 8th and K Streets. LR follows Folsom Blvd, R Street, and then 8th or 12th Streets. If you want to go farther than downtown Sacramento, you'll need to transfer to another train.

The people riding light rail are mainly business people during rush hour and at other hours very odd people ride.
