According to ABC news, CH.2 locally, and the Washington news, Josh Powell grabbed his 2 sons from the social worker delivering them for a supervised visit, locked the door, and blew up the house. The pictures show the house leveled to the ground.

If I am going to point any fingers it will be at the judge who allowed this visit. He should have known better having a bead on the character of this nut job. Those kids should have been MUCH better protected than they were. A "Person Of Interest" should NOT be entitled to visitation rights and in this case for OBVIOUS reasons. I agree with the county sheriff in Washington. This was pure and simple a MURDER.
