Remember, he is also a retired military officer. Retirement pay for an officer isn't too shabby, from what I've heard, so you have to factor that into his income mix.

Sorry, my bad. I was going by an earlier post that listed him as being retired from the rank of Chief Master Sergeant.

Whatever the case, the income is extra gravy.

For what it is worth, it really wouldnt cost that much money to get up and running again. That shouldnt be much of a mystery. A lease on a building, a buildout and inventory. He could get the doors open for under 150 grand. Between getting some of the marital assets, his sons Tattoo business and a military pension for life, chances are he, himself, had the cash to do it.

Before retiring, Yuchnitz was the Superintendent of Optometry Services at Wilford Hall Medical Center, a CMSgt (E-9) position these days. Where did you get the info that he was a TSgt?

The whole affair has been one long-running drama, it would be nice if the truth came out but since this is being battled in several courts; I doubt it will be chrystal clear.

Still, I too have been following the developments with great interest!

Cheers! M2

There's definitely a big difference between a CMSgt and a TSgt!
