The wife has full control of the business until the divorce is over. Those were the judge's temporary orders. Nothing was mentioned of the son.

Murder-for-hire suspect Yuchnitz loses business bid

Budget eyewear pitchman and murder-for-hire suspect Michael Yuchnitz won't be allowed to regain control of his San Antonio businesses, a judge ruled Monday.

The decision, by state District Judge Martha Tanner came after a three-day civil hearing that included testimony from Yuchnitz that his My Econo's $39.95 Optical stores were rapidly crumbling without his guidance. (Click on title for full story)
Not only did he lose, but the judge ruled the request frivolous and ordered Yuchnitz to pay about half of his wife's attorney's fees—$3,000—for the hearing!

Cheers! M2

From what I saw it was just about whether him or Tina Yuchnitz should take over the store.

What's up with her hair? I couldn't stop laughing while watching that video. I know that's rude but her hair is a hot mess.
