Yes to Topman and H&M. We need them in San Antonio!

Houston is next on H&M's bucket list. I'm guessing Austin will come after that, then SA.

SA's H&M will open after Houston. Their deal with Rivercenter Mall is pretty much all set. H&M would have opened in SA first if the The Rim developer (Thomas Enterprises out of Georgia) didn't file for bankruptcy, as they were slated to be apart of the Village at The Rim portion of the Rim. They may still be part of it as Thomas Ent. is out of bankruptcy and going forward with the Village at The Rim.

Having h&m downtown would be a good move to get locals from outside 410 to go downtown. Go to h&m and then hang out for the day instead of running to northstar, the rim, the quarry forr something real quick and running back home.

Ugh...as much as I LOVE H&M, I hate the thought of going downtown to shop.

Interesting article. Mentions that a Lego store will be there too.

Of course some will say it won't happen but they were wrong about TJ so who knows.

I think they would do well in the SA market.

As much as I hate the idea of having to go downtown to shop, I'd go for an H&M.
