What businesses/attractions does san antonio need in your opinion? Any favorite restuarants you'd like to see? Some form of entertainment we don't have already? I personally wish there was a sports facility where you could rent gyms to play some basketball, volleyball, racquetball, etc..

Ikea would be nice, and save the drive to Georgetown.
We already have a good mix of independent and chain restaurants. Always room for more. Lebanese food please!
I think one area San Antonio could use some improvement is in the live music arena. There are some good venues, but in a city this size, the market would support quite a bit more. Granted we don't have the huge college age market of Austin, but the shows I have been to have all been pretty near capacity.

We had a Home Court America, it quickly closed. I am not sure if it is still there but on Thousand Oaks, there used to be this racquette ball club/condo neighborhood - A weird trend born in the early 80's

Absolutely nothing.

Get all I need from Internet...and cheaper. Saves gas and stress.

More parks.

Was Home Court not open very long? Was it a membership based club or just a facility you could go rent a court for a couple hours type thing?

Home court was open for years. It didn't "close quickly." Not sure why that was said.

Have you been to Zorba's on NW Military? My wife's family is Lebanese and it's gotten their seal of approval (the owners are Jordanian).

To answer the OP, I would give a big second to Ikea. I'd also like to see an REI and a Patagonia.

REI is opening a store at Huebner Oaks.
