Isn't the Gaylord in Nashville? I'm in Memphis. Maybe there's one here too...but I'm not staying there. Only Hilton props for me...you know I'm a point/mile monger.

However, another neighbor has this big ugly obama sign up and it's definitely an eyesore. I am pretty sure they are against the HOA rules, but would appreciate it if anyone knows for sure. Hopefully they are against the rules because they are ugly and the obama one shows that the person isn't very intelligent, so that probably lowers property values..
If the Obama sign is a bother, then go to the neighbor and ask to see their ARC approval for the sign. But be careful not to insult their "lack of intelligence" as they just might do something more stupid to lower property values even further.

I'm sure its the overload of rental houses that is contributing to the lower property values more so than the Obama sign.
