I don't think this has been mentioned on here because I'm pretty sure I would have seen it but if it has sorry for saying it again..
A new Whole Foods is being built at 1604/Blanco next to the Target. I'm so excited! I live in the area and it will be much more convenient then the Quarry one and less traffic too!

The walls went up quick, but since then, nothing, and it's been like 2-3 weeks since the walls went up.

I thought they were using the old Lacks building....That is such a odd area to build another grocery store, being that target and heb are with in walking distance.

Generally speaking, the three stores attract their own unique clientele.

There's some things that I can't find anywhere lately...if I can buy those at Whole Foods, I'll go to this one sometimes. When is it supposed to open?

Ahh thanks Bo, no wonder I hadn't seen it - I didn't read this site in Feb of 2011.

When I saw the sign from the road I figured the Lacks building too but it's actually in between the Lacks and the Target.
