I am currently doing Cross Fit Boot camp at 210 Cross Fit in the same shopping center as Hobby Lobby near the Falls on Bitters. It is a small gym and they have many times to get in your work out. I have only seen the 5 and 6 am classes, but they seem to get along, have good instruction and i can feel the competition between people that I think (?) Cross Fit should have.

I also saw there is a Command Cross Fit near NW Military and Wurzbach Parkway in the same area as the Alon Market. I haven't been there, but that's North Central as well.

Great - would you recommend it? Is your body seeing a difference? Thanks for the info.

I'm not doing the Cross Fit work outs. These are more of boot camp type of work outs. I started on the 5th and have maybe lost 2 pounds? I haven't even much different but do feel as though I might be getting a bit tighter in places that have never been, my arms and my abs in particular. From what I've seen all Cross Fit work outs are the same (you can get them online) and it's just a matter of who you are doing the work out with. But someone who has actually done the officially Cross Fit might correct me.
