Alright, Alright, already!!! I have been consuming chicken fried steaks and onion rings for years at Tip Top. A friend of mine says they have the best burgers, but I cannot stop myself from ordering the chicken fried steak whenever I go there (plus, it's always a task for me to get there). So I ask the forum, should I venture there and tear myself from tradition and get a burger???

How about this? Have the burger for lunch, then go back for dinner and have the chicken fried steak. The hamburgers though are a tad small, so if you tear through the CFS easily, you might wanna order two.

OMG, we could not believe how HUGE their chicken friend steaks are! The edges were falling off the plate! We could probably just place two orders and that would be enough for all of us...with a side of onion rings.

It still is. I'm amazed the Tip Top doesn't have better accommodations for those who have to stand in the doorway and wait for an open table. I've gone elsewhere a couple of times after seeing how many people were standing and waiting.
